Somos una fundación privada, independiente y sin ánimo de lucro activa desde 2004. Empezamos con la actividad principal de apadrinar, adoptar y rescatar animales salvajes y de compañía. A raíz de la experiencia adquirida como profesionales del sector, en 2012, decidimos iniciar un proceso de transformación interno. Pusimos nuestro conocimiento y recursos para incidir en las causas de forma más estratégica trabajando desde la acción en el ámbito social, legislativo y educativo.

1 in 5 children in Yemen suffer from acute malnutrition (2.3 million total). 500,000 are at risk of death. Families do not have money for the hospital or for necessary food. Under Yemeni pediatric supervision we take care of serious and difficult cases. We give milk, food, medicine, medical assistance, pay hospital admissions, etc., until their recovery or improvement. €1 pays for 1 day's worth of milk for 1 baby. Every €10 we buy 1 can of milk for 4 days.

This group is created to help the many needs of Cal Lari, ADE’s "big" shelter. In it almost 50 horses and other animals live free. Gary, was rescued this summer of '22, a welsh pony condemned for malformation in its legs to starve and thirst in a cage of iron rods next to a road. After his rescue and hospital admission to the veterinary clinic, we have him recovering in Cal Lari. Keeping one horse a month is 200 € only in food.

Since 2008, at the Miranda Foundation we have rescued 80 horses that lived in difficult situations and mistreatment, isolation and abandonment and we have given them a life in freedom. In order to continue with our objective, we need financial resources. Now more than ever, the drought situation forces us to supplement the feeding of the horses and consumes our resources. In addition, our remote mountain location places us two hours away from hospitals in case of emergency. That is why we must secure a resident veterinarian living on-site to care for them every day. Somos una organización sin ánimo de lucro, que rescatamos animales de la calle, los llevamos a casas de acogida hasta que les encontramos un hogar definitivo.
