Since 2008, at the Miranda Foundation we have rescued 80 equines that lived in difficult situations and mistreatment, isolation and abandonment and we have given them a life in freedom. In order to continue with our objective, we need financial resources. Now more than ever, the drought situation forces us to supplement the feeding of the horses and consumes our resources. Somos una fundación privada, independiente y sin ánimo de lucro activa desde 2004. Empezamos con la actividad principal de apadrinar, adoptar y rescatar animales salvajes y de compañía. A raíz de la experiencia adquirida como profesionales del sector, en 2012, decidimos iniciar un proceso de transformación interno. Pusimos nuestro conocimiento y recursos para incidir en las causas de forma más estratégica trabajando desde la acción en el ámbito social, legislativo y educativo.

ARRE is a non-profit association, located in the town of Alcanó (Lleida, Catalonia). Its objective is to rehabilitate mistreated equids using natural training techniques, raising awareness, caring and respecting people, animals and the environment. Nello Yemen 1 bambino su 5 soffre di malnutrizione acuta (2,3 milioni in totale). 500.000 sono a rischio di morte. Le famiglie non hanno soldi per l’ospedale né per il cibo necessario. Sotto la supervisione pediatrica yemenita ci prendiamo cura di casi gravi e difficili. Diamo latte, cibo, medicine, assistenza medica, paghiamo i ricoveri ospedalieri, etc fino alla guarigione o miglioramento. Con 1 € si paga 1 giorno di latte per 1 bambino. Ogni 10€ compriamo 1 lattina di latte per 4 giorni.

This group is created to help the many needs of Cal Lari, ADE’s "big" shelter. In it almost 50 horses and other animals live free. Gary, was rescued this summer of '22, a welsh pony condemned for malformation in its legs to starve and thirst in a cage of iron rods next to a road. After his rescue and hospital admission to the veterinary clinic, we have him recovering in Cal Lari. Keeping one horse a month is 200 € only in food.

The El Hogar Foundation was the first sanctuary in Spain and many of the animals that arrived as babies are now grandparents. This means that individual palliative care for animals with different abilities is one of our hallmarks.
