VIMAR és una Fundació creada per donar qualitat de vida a les persones amb discapacitat del Baix Empordà. Qualitat de vida significa: una casa, una ocupació que fomenti la promoció personal i la integració social, i la possibilitat de gaudir del lleure. I això ho vol fer amb proximitat geogràfica i de gestió perquè aquestes persones tenen dret a l’excel·lent professionalitat dels cuidadors, i a sentir-se estimades sempre i a viure en un ambient entranyable. We help more than thousands of social causes to make their projects possible every day. Since we launched Teaming, we have raised more than 50 Million of Euros for them, totally free of commissions. Abril is a 7-year-old girl diagnosed with SPG52, with only 50 diagnoses in the world. SPG52 is an ultra-rare disease that causes very serious symptoms such as severe intellectual disability, epileptic seizures and very rapid muscle degradation in the lower body. Abril started walking when she was 3 years old and now at 7 she can hardly move anymore.
